Main research interests

Investigations  devoted to the study of Quorum Sensing regulatory system, its interaction with the other global regulators and its role in the regulation of cellular processes and bacterial communication.
The data about the functioning of  Quorum Sensing regulatory systems PhzI-РhzR and CsaI-CsaR in Pseudomonas chlororaphis; CepI-СepR and CciI-CciR systems in Burkholderia cepacia were obtained. The role of global regulators GacS, Vfr, Pps, ClpX and Lon in the regulation of  enzymic and antifungal activities and synthesis of N-acylhomoserine lactones in P. chlororaphis has been studied.
