Main research interests

Investigation of isotope exchange reactions and efficiency improvement of deuterium and tritium incorporation into biologically active compounds, studying solid-state reactions with tritium using nano materials-based catalysts, biosynthesis of labeled compounds with the help of labeled reagents for introduction of essential drugs in medical practice provide the main research directions. New developments form the basis for reviews which summarize data on the effect of the catalysts with different metal content and with carriers of different nature on the yield and molar radioactivity of organic compounds. As the result of studies in progress, it became possible to synthesize highly tritium labeled pharmaceuticals which found application in top research institutions both national and overseas.
Peptides’ stability and metabolism were equally studied both in vitro and in vivo. The efficiency of peptide delivery to living organisms’ organs and tissues was analyzed. The evidence obtained is of a high value for the optimization of the transport of biologically active compounds to the target organs. Resistance of peptides introduced to living organisms by different methods was examined
