Main research interests
The basic works are devoted the development of methods for the study of genetic material, the analysis of structural and functional analysis of DNA/RNA and their complexes with proteins, the development of the theoretical foundations of modern bioinformatics with a focus on the study of diseases associated with deletions. The results were published in more than 25 publications.
1976-1990. A series of studies on the development of methods of electronic microscopy and DNA complexes with proteins, spectrometry methods for studying transcription.
1991-1996. Theoretical and experimental study the flexibility of DNA fragments have been identified and studied flexible oligonucleotides associated with pauses of transcription.
1996-2016. Methods of bioinformatics included the creation of the software package for nucleosomal positioning, localization of repressive complexes, to study the secondary structure of RNA products of long introns.
