Main research interests
1999 – 2006 – Identification of novel site-specific endonucleases encoded by T5-like bacteriophages. Study of their biochemical properties and mechanisms of the DNA-substrate recognition.
2007 – 2011 – Mechanisms of the transcription regulation in the process of development of Escherichia coli и Pseudomonas bacteriophages.
2012 – present time – The regulation of transposable elements expression by piRNA (PIWI interacting RNA) in Drosophila germ line.
