Main research interests

Current research interests are focused on the study of the functioning of CRISPR-Cas system - the immune system of prokaryotes.  Study of adaptation processes and interference in various  subtypes of CRISPR-Cas systems (in particular, IF, IE, III-A, III-B) is being conducted.
