Development of gene therapy of anticancer drugs, a tumor-specific expression of therapeutic transgenes, regulation of gene expression, promoters, DNA methylation. Cancerogenesis, markers, and gene therapy. Cytotoxic cells of the immune system and their receptors. Construction of vectors, chimeric proteins.
