-Study of protein-protein interactions involved in the suppression of transposons in the genome by the example of the functioning of one of the participants of the process of RNA interference-protein PIWI. 
-The link between  functional activity of genes  and the spatial organization of the chromosomes in the cell nucleus on the model object-drosophila, as well as in Drosophila cell culture.
