Studies of silencing of transposable elements by short Piwi-interacting RNAs (piRNAs). Investigation of chromatin structure and functions of chromatin proteins in the germline and stem cells.
Investigation of natural RNA interference-like mechanism involved in regulation of Stellate genes in fruit fly Drosophila.
